Pre-Order is an order for a goodie that has not been released yet.
It works almost as a kickstarter. As soon as a quota is met we start making the goodies for you ^ ^
It is specially useful to determine the quantity of items needed for the full release and for you to ensure you get them first and at a lower price!

It will cost you less even than on hand sales! 

Yes! If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together.

This means your order may take a little longer to be dispatched, as we'll need to wait for the pre-order items to finish production and arrive at IMMILAND first. Once all items are ready, they will be packed and shipped together to help avoid additional shipping costs.

Grades are a reflection of how perfect the pins are and their condition.

✧ Grading Explained:
- S Tier; pin is in perfect and mint condition
- A Tier; pin presents a minor almost non-noticeable imperfection
- B Tier; pin presents one or two imperfections such as a dents in platting
- C Tier; pin presents one or two imperfections that are noticeable
- D Tier: pin presents one or more imperfections that are very noticeable.

If pre-orders don't meet the necessary requirements then all purchases will be fully refunded.

"Pre-Orders Closed" means that the pre-order period for that item has already ended, and reservations are no longer being accepted.

However, don't lose hope just yet! Once production is complete, any remaining stock will be made available during the regular sales period. While I can't guarantee availability, you'll still have a chance to purchase the item when orders open.

Encountering Legendary Items are a once in a lifetime happening.
However, Items are restocked sometimes.
Our advise is following our Instagram page to know when they will drop once again alongside new designs ~
If you would like to be notified when the item you want is available once again leave your email by clicking the sold out sign.

But remember not all comeback again to our shelves, so grab them while you can~

The more people that buy the goodies upon the Pre-Ordering stage the quicker it will close pre-orders and then we'll move on onto making the items.
It takes some months (around 3-6)since we are a small team and we want to make our goodies as perfect as possible.

Orders typically take 2–5 weeks to arrive, depending on your location and current order volume.

Please note for customers in the United States: due to recent shipping regulations and increased international postage costs, US orders are shipped in bulk. This means that dispatch times for US customers may occasionally be longer, as I need to gather a sufficient number of orders before shipping.
